ChooseYourLimo is a South Florida limousine directory and booking site operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through chooseyourlimo.com and how we handle it.
Information we collect
Browsing the directory requires no account and no personal information. When you request a quote or book a ride through our booking page, we collect what is needed to provide the transfer: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, flight numbers when provided, and passenger counts.
Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We also collect limited technical data (device type, pages visited) to keep the site working well.
How we use your information
Booking information is used to provide quotes, confirm and perform rides through the TwelveTransfers network, track flights, send driver details, respond to inquiries, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Directory listings
Provider profiles on this site describe companies, not private individuals, and are compiled from information the companies publish about their own services. If a listing contains personal data you want corrected or removed, contact us and we will review it promptly.
Sharing with service providers
Booking details are shared with the chauffeur assigned to your trip and with the operational systems of the TwelveTransfers network strictly to perform the ride. We use established third-party providers for payment processing, email delivery and flight tracking; each receives only the data required for its function.
Data retention
We keep booking records as long as needed to provide the service and satisfy tax, accounting and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete personal information we are not legally required to retain.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing bookings@chooseyourlimo.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we hold and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies needed for the booking flow to function. We do not run advertising trackers.
